Mild - Produced from the Spanish Picual olive, this oil has a mild buttery flavour with low pepperiness. Perfect for baking and stir fry.
Classic – Bronze Medal 2019 Australian International Olive Awards Our award winning Classic oil derives from the perfect blend of Italian Frantio olive and Spanish Picual, this mix has fresh, grassy flavours with a mild peppery finish. Excellent for dipping, salads and in pasta sauces.
Kalamata – The Greek Kalamata olive produces a smooth and fruity oil with a moderate amount of pepperiness. Delicious over salads, pastas and for dipping.
